We have worked with Kate for many years, with planning our offsites in Lisbon and Cascais.
More recently we also had the pleasure of working with Latasha too for our offsite in September 2024.

Planning events/offsites abroad will always have its added challenges, so having a team on the ground in a country where one doesn’t have the contacts/relationships with the restaurants and hotels makes a huge difference.

Everything from the airport transport logistics (especially when the flights are delayed), providing restaurant choices that are tailored to the groups needs and preferences, and liaising with the hotel, allows for the rest of the event planning to be focussed on.

Latasha and Kate are such a joy. I look forward to working with them again, hopefully in one of their other destinations.
